A full year and a half after it first registered a case in Mumbai's multi-crore Adarsh Housing Scam; the CBI has filed its first chargesheet. But after all the ups and downs of the probe, the document seemingly raises more questions than it answers, alongside the Maharashtra government going to court demanding that all of it be declared null and void.
