BSY bail plea: HC to dictate orders today - NewsX

The Karnataka High Court will pass its orders on Yeddyurappa's anticipatory bail petition today. The CBI has opposed bail for the former chief minister, submitting that his relatives were not co-operating with the probe. The CBI also stated that Yeddyurappa was denied anticipatory bail in an earlier private complaint as well. BSY had moved the High Court after the CBI court dismissed the anticipatory bail petitions filed by Yeddyurappa and his kin in the case registered by the premier investigation agency on the directions of the Supreme Court.
