French Diplomat Pascal Mazurier, accused of raping his 3 year old daughter has been arrested. The incident surfaced only when Mazurier's Indian wife who hails from Kerala lodged a complaint with the Police, alleging that her husband had repeatedly assaulted her second born. In the latest, initial medical reports confirm that the 3 year old victim has indeed suffered sexual assault.
