Celebrations have already begun in Jagan's YSR Congress camp in Andhra Pradesh with YSR Congress heading towards a big victory in the Andhar Pradesh By-polls. Initial trends show Jagan's YSR Congress leading in 15 assembly seats and heading towards a major victory. On the other hand Congress is leading in two seats while TRS is leading in one seat.
