Two instances of police brutality again questioned the law keepers and the wheels of justice in the country. In Punjab, a youth arrested in a property dispute complaint was allegedly beaten up in custody using third degree methods and an MMS was made of the brutality. In the second case, in Aurangabad, Bihar a Naxal died in police custody hours after he was allegedly beaten up by police. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has ordered a probe.
