BJP downplays Advani's absence from rally - NewsX

BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad today, while addressing the media in Mumbai, said that the hype over absence of L K Advani from BJP rally in Mumbai was unnecessary as it had been announced earlier that He won't be a part of the Rally. According to sources, Advani and Sushma Swaraj are upset over the extension of term given to Gadkari. Sources also tell us that Advani is upset over the interference by RSS in the party's matters. But, the party says there is no rift in the top leadership.
