Court summons Shah Rukh Khan for smoking in public - NewsX

SRK was caught smoking on camera during the IPL match at Rajasthan's Sawai Man Singh Stadium on April 8. Rajasthan police have arrived in Mumbai to serve summons asking him to appear in a court hearing the case on May 26. It is said that if SRK fails to appear on May 26 or gives a reason for his absence, the court may summon him with a bailable warrant. The complainant has alleged that despite a ban on smoking in public, the actor and co-owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, puffed away in front of thousands of cricket fans.
