Kejriwal expels two leaders for demanding money, but not Birla

Sending out a strong message to party office bearers, the Aam Aadmi Party sacked two leaders from Uttar Pradesh for demanding money in exchange of party tickets.
He however, dismissed allegations levelled against former Delhi Minister Rakhi Birla who replaced North-west Delhi candidate Mahender Singh. It was alleged that Birla demanded Rs 7 lakh from Singh for campaigning.
"We checked the allegations levelled against her. They are untrue," Kejriwal said, adding that Singh had not disclosed to the party that he was sent to jail in a case.
