Aarushi murder case: Talwars to face trial from May 11 - NewsX

It's a huge setback for Nupur and Rajesh Talwar - the key accused in the murder of their 14 year old daughter Aarushi and domestic help, Hemraj. They will now be facing trial from the 11th of May. The Magistrate has transferred the case to a Sessions Court. It also rejected the Talwar's plea asking for more documents from the CBI.
