Tatra trucks scam: Ravi Rishi not to appear before CBI today - NewsX

NewsX learns from sources that Vectra Chief Ravi Rishi who was to appear before the CBI today, has sought more time from the investigating agency. Rishi has been questioned twice so far by the CBI and may be summoned again. Rishi has been named as an accused in the agency's FIR in alleged irregularities in purchase of Tatra trucks for the Army.
Rishi has been named as an accused in the agency's FIR for alleged irregularities in purchase of Tatra trucks for the Army. CBI says that the supplied trucks were not genuine and violated norms of defence procurement. Charged under Section 420 of the IPC have been filed against Rishi.
