The Army Chief General VK Singh has now hit back, calling the leaking of letter an attempt to tarnish his image. He also said that the leaking of the letter should be considered as a high treason. Recently a letter written by the Army chief to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was leaked. In his letter he had expressed concerns over India's security and poor condition of the security forces.
