India News : Journalist allegedly shot dead in Etawah
India News : A journalist with a Hindi daily was shot dead in Etawah, home district of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. Police said the incident took place in the Bakewar area as he was returning home after the day's work.
Rakesh Sharma, 50, had just reached home late on Friday when a telephone call made him set out on his bike again, heading for Bakewar.
