Deadlock over govt formation in Uttarakhand continues: Sources-NewsX

Hectic bargaining is on in Uttarakhand. Sources indicate both BJP and Congress are one short of majority. Both have so far managed support totaling 35 each. Congress observers to come Friday from Delhi, after which they will meet governor to stake claim.
