Samajwadi Party young turk Akhilesh Yadav was a big hit with the youth, he projected a clean image despite SP's image of tainted leaders in the past. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi it seems failed to mobilize similar support, failing to inspire workers in Uttar Pradesh.
