India News : Tunda's custody ends today, Delhi Police to seek further remand

India News : New Delhi: The custody of Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist Syed Abdul Karim alias Tunda ends on Tuesday. The Delhi Police, who arrested Tunda on Saturday, will seek his further remand. Sources in Delhi Police claimed that Tunda has admitted to being in regular contact with former ISI chief Hamid Gul.
Tunda's arrest has come as a major boost to the Indian security agencies with the Delhi Police claiming that he was in contact with LeT chief Hafiz Saeed, who masterminded the deadly November 2008 carnage in Mumbai, Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and Dawood Ibrahim.
