EC sends notice to Prakash Jaiswal for Prez rule remark-NewsX

The election commission has issued a notice to congress leader Sri Prakash Jaiswal. This comes after the leader has said that if congress didn't come to power in UP it will seek imposition of president's rule in Uttar Pradesh.
