Cops lathicharge medicine traders in Srinagar-NewsX

J&K Police today lathicharged medicine traders in Kashmir Valley. The traders were protesting against the recent drug policy passed by the J&K Assembly. According to the policy, the doctors would only write the salts of medicines and not the brand names of medicines in the prescription. According to the medical representatives, this will badly affect their livelihood and profession.
