Infant death toll rises to 25 in West Bengal

25 babies aged between 2 days and a couple of months has died at 3 hospitals in the state within last 48 hours. 20 of these infant deaths have been reported from the Malda Sadar Hospital and Behrampore Sadar Hospital since Saturday. 5 babies has died at the prestigious BC Roy Children Hospital in Kolkata which is a referral hospital for child medical care.
