The promoters of Essar and Loop Telecom, who have been named as accused in the 2G spectrum allocation scam, are likely to appear before a special CBI court today in response to the summons issued by the court. Essar Group promoters Ravikant Ruia , Loop Mobile promoter Kiran Khaitan, Khaitan Group promoter I P Khaitan and Essar Group director Vikas Saraf were summoned by the 2G court.
