Gujarat High Court will pronounce the all-important ruling on the Lokayukta case, emerged as the focus of the political tussle between Chief Minister Narendra Modi and Governor Kamla Beniwal. Justice V M Sahai was assigned the task after a two member bench delivered a split verdict on December 30th.
