India News: Heavy rain lashed Mumbai on Wednesday, choking the city with traffic jams due to flooded streets and water logging. Normal life has been thrown out of gear in the city due to heavy rain for the second day this week.
Train services on city's Central and Harbour line are running late by over 20 minutes.
