Women should avoid provocative dressing Karnataka minister

Karnataka's women and child welfare minister C C Patil said that women should know how much skin they should cover and avoid wearing provocative clothes to be dignified in whatever they wear. Earlier Andhra Pradesh's DGP Dinesh Reddy, had said that one of the main causes of rape is that women dress provacatively.
