India bowled out Australia for 240 in their second innings on the fourth day of the opening cricket Test at MCG. India needs 292 in their second innings to win the match and take a 1-0 lead in the fourth match series. Resuming the day at the overnight score of 179 for eight, Australia added another 61 runs to their score in 16.3 overs. Mike Hussey was top-scorer for the hosts in the second innings with 89, while Ricky Ponting made 60. James Pattinson remained unbeaten on 37. For India, Umesh Yadav scalped four wickets for 70, while Zaheer Khan picked up three for 53. Ishant also chipped in two wickets giving away 43 runs.
