U.P Chief Minister Mayawati is using every trick to postpone assembly polls till May to complete a full five-year term. The Election Commission of India has asked electoral officers to prepare for a six-phase poll in February-March. Sources said the EC was firm on clubbing UP elections with assembly elections in Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur.
