NewsX has exclusive access to the response filed by the Jammu and Kashmir Police in the controversial death of Mohammad Yousuf case. In its response the J&K police has said that there is no need for a CBI inquiry into the issue since a probe has already been administered that is being headed by a retired Supreme Court judge.
