Today is Day 13 of the Winter session of Parliament and the opposition is likely to raise the black money issue again today. L K Advani has called for adjournment motion on the same. The motion had not been taken up earlier due to the FDI logjam. Sources say the BJP and the Govt will agree on motion without govt censure and that voting is likely on neutral motion
