In this video CBI officers torture a suspect picked up in connection with Bhanwari Devi's disappearance. The suspect an alleged pimp named zakir was picked up from Pipad, close to Jodhpur city. He's seen at the circuit house being tortured and forced to hold his hands up. CBI officers are seen walking into the room directing him to keep his hands up.
