An aggressive Congress is challenging the Opposition to act on its threat and set the stage for a no-confidence motion on the FDI in retail. Yesterday the Prime Minister held firm telling UPA allies that it will be difficult to withdraw the FDI decision. After this the DMK signalled a softening of its stand.While some reports say some Trinamool Congress leaders have admitted they didn't want the government to fall.
