The troubles for the government. The BJP and the Left are likey to submit 3 dissent notes on the draft Lokpal bill to Abhishek Singhvi,.The chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee that is finalising the Bill. The first is on the exclusion of the PM from the Lok Pal ambit while the other 2 are on exclusion of judiciary & citizen's charter. The final Lokpal Draft will be presented to the cabinet by December 7th.
