Former Gujarat IPS officer Sanjeev Bhatt has filed a petition for quashing charges of hacking e-mails of the state Additional Advocate General. The Supreme Court has given the Gujarat govt 4 weeks to respond.Additional Advocate-General, Tushar Mehta has complained that Bhatt hacked his e-mail account and shared the password with two television journalists.
