Sonia Gandhi is all set to hold a public meeting Gauchar in Chamoli district in Uttarakhand today. This will be her first public meeting since her return from the US where she had undergone surgery. With an eye on the upcoming assembly polls, the UPA chairperson is visiting the hill state to lay the foundation stone of a new railway line - from Rishikesh to Karnprayag.
