Pakistan drops JuD from terror list

Pakistan's another glaring non-commitment in fighting terror has come to the fore. In its new list of banned terror groups released on Sunday, Jamaat-ud-Dawah, considered a front organisation of LeT is missing. JuD had reportedly masterminded the 26/11 Mumbai attacks that killed 166 people. In fact, based on India's charges that Mumbai killers were directly linked to JuD, the UN in 2008 had placed sanctions against it, declaring it a terrorist organisation.
