India News : In Dehradun, the 20 soldiers who died in a helicopter crash while rescuing stranded people in Uttarakhand, will be given a Guard of Honour today. Prior to that, Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde addressed the media.
He said, "We need to be more pro-active, Priority is caring for sick and elderly, Rescue efforts being coordinated on a war footing."
