Jayalalitha has lashed out at the Centre on the National Development Council approach paper'. Dissatisfied over the 12th five year plan, Jayalalitha did not attend the meeting held in the capital today. She said the central govt seems to be bent upon penalizing Non-Congress Governments.Jayalalitha had repeatedly requested the Centre for special assistance to the state of Tamil Nadu. Jaya slammed the Centre of being partial to West Bengal by providing the state with funds as the TMC is an ally of the ruling Congress at the Centre.
