NewsX has unravelled the foreign link behind the Delhi blast.The mastermind of the attack is believed to be Dr Waseem who linked a foreign outfit to HuJI assets.The planning for the blast spanned across 4 countries .Dr waseem is believed to have confessed that he was acting on the instructions of a foreign outfit and even went on to identify terror agents in Bangaldesh.
