The Gujarat High Court will hold a hearing on the petition filed by the Narendra Modi government challenging the state Governor's decision to appoint a Lokayukta. During the last hearing on September 21s, the Court had issued a notice to the Lokayukta retired Justice R A Mehta. The court will also hear today a contempt petition against Modi for leaking his letter written to the Prime Minister to the media.
