In a shocking case on Saturday night.A Delhi Police Constable Ajay Tomar allegedly stopped a businessman Amarjit Singh's car. He then looted him and shot him dead. That wasn't all. A good samaritan who gave chase to the cop was also shot dead by Tomar with his official gun.He was arrested while trying to flee.
