The Tihar jail and AIIMS authorities are expected to file a report on former Samajwadi leader Amar Singh's medical condition before the Tees Hazari Court today by noon. Singh was arrested for his role in the 2008 Cash-for-votes scam and has been in AIIMS since Monday.
