Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's Bangladesh visit on September 6th has suffered a set-back. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has refused to accompany him to Dhaka. Banerjee is upset with the Teesta water sharing treaty that the two countries are about to sign.
