Terror has returned to Mumbai in a horrific way of the 7/11 attacks. The metropolis has been hit over half-a-dozen times over the years. Each time the authorities have made the same promises of securing the people of Mumbai but each attack has only exposed those hollow promises. These pictures of the average Mumbaikar shrugging off this latest betrayal are a testament not so much to their resilience as to their lack of real choices.
