Prime Minister Manmohan Singh carried out his much talked about Cabinet reshuffle bringing in V Kishore Chandra Deo, Beni Prasad Verma, Dinesh Trivedi and Jairam Ramesh into the United Progressive Alliance Cabinet while also dropping a few who were seen as non-performers.
