A Brigadier in the Pakistani Army posted at no less than the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi has been arrested for his links to terrorist organizations. The arrest confirms India's stand and puts Islamabad on the backfoot ahead of the India-Pak Foreign Secretary talks.
