India News: BJP leader Smriti Irani has said that culprit should be given death for raping a minor. She has also asked that stringent action must be taken against the police officer who slapped a young girl inside a hospital, who was protesting against the rape of a five-year-old girl. A 25-year-old youth allegedly allegedly raped five-year-old girl at his rented accommodation in east Delhi's Gandhi Nagar.
