SC Bench Observed Security Level of Delhi Women

The SC bench observed that it is concerned about providing a safe environment for women to live with dignity.
The bench while hearing the PIL observed that there is no safety in Delhi for women. The notice says that there has to be directions issued to State Transport Authorities to ensure compliance with Motor Vehicles Act.
The SC has also directed the govt for the Establishment of Criminal injuries compensation board for rape victim.
The notice also mentions the Abolition of 2 finger test for rape victims to avoid violating woman's dignity.
