Even as more and more people continue top stream into Jantar Mantar, the center-point of Delhi's protest is also attracting hooligans and political workers looking to capitalise on the situation. Five members of the BJP's youth wing, the ABVP, were arrested after they clashed with police and tried to tear down barricades. Incensed protestors are now accusing political parties for trying hijacking their rally. Some 5,000 policemen are now deployed across delhi and are keeping protesters from marching towards India gate which has been declared out of bounds. Section 144 is also still in force near the monument.
