Nearly a week since the horrific gangrape of a 23-year-old medical student in Delhi and the anger seems to be boiling over. Unprecedented scenes are being witnessed in the capital, as police resorted to lathicharge and used water cannons and tear gas shells on protestors who tried to break barricades in Raisina Hill. Roads leading to the North, South Block and Rashtrapati Bhawan have been blocked.
