Delhi Police Enlists Crime Control Measures

The Home Secretary and Delhi Police Commissioner made more promises vowing to crack down on illegal buses saying they have already impounded more than a thousand contract buses that were found to be plying illegally. They announced that buses, auto rickshaws and taxis had been instructed to display licence numbers on vehicles. And all night clubs in the city will down their shutters by 1 am. But the question is - Will these measures be implemented, considering the crunch in the police force?
