Chief Minister Narendra Modi is leading in Maninagar from where he is seeking to enter the state assembly for the third time. He is pitted against Congress' Shweta Bhatt, wife of suspended IPS officer Sanjeev Bhatt, who has accused Modi of complicity in 2002 communal riots.
