FDI Ball Rolled, but UPA Still in the Fog

In a pincer move a few months back, the UPA govt thought it had set the ball rolling on the Reforms front as well as laid the ghost of policy paralysis to rest with its announcement of FDI in Retail. But the move and the hope of being the first govt in the country to introduce the landmark but very controversial measure may end up being its Waterloo if the questions over Walmart's conduct don't throw up some rather clean answers.
