Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau Responds to former Attorney General Testimony

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was in Montreal last night and spoke to media following the testimony of his former Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould before the Commons Justice and Human Rights Committee. The Prime Minister stated that he “completely disagrees” with the Hon. Jody Wilson-Raybould’s characterization today of the events around SNC Lavalin during the time she was Attorney General. When asked about federal Conservative leader Andrew Scheer’s suggestion that he resign, the Prime Minister responded that, "Canadians will have a choice in the fall election.'
